Potko Janm Gen Gouyad II feat. Mickael Guirand
by Colmix · 2025 · kompa, kompa-gouyad · 3:22 · Haitian Creole
The II in the title announces a sequel, and sequels are what a producer makes when a first one worked. Colmix — Collason Fortune, who started learning to DJ in 2013 under the influence of his cousin Very Mix — puts his production alongside a well-established HMI voice. Mickael Guirand brings the Carimi/Vayb lineage, and gouyad serves as the meeting point between the two: a band inheritance and a producer-driven sound. Three minutes twenty-two, released in September 2025.
