Ou Mare'M
by Teddy Hashtag · 2023 · kompa · 3:02 · Haitian Creole, French
"Ou Mare m" is among the early singles giving Teddy Hashtag shape as a singer with material of his own. The 2023 video runs three minutes and two seconds, and its Creole title uses the image of someone emotionally tied. The compact form fits an audience arriving through TikTok and covers, while kompa places him within a longer tradition. The track is an early point on the route toward "Finalman," "Lanmou Fè Pam," and READY.
