Long Vi
by Wendyyy · 2021 · rabòday · 3:04 · Haitian Creole, French
Long life is a blessing and a survival statement at once. Wendyyy puts rap language onto the wish to last, to stay standing, and to keep the name alive under the pressure of the scene — and the two senses do not conflict: in a lane where a reputation can disappear in a season, living long and staying relevant are the same request. Three minutes four, released in May 2021 alongside Si'l Pa Nou Li Pa Bon, two tracks in one day.
