Arly Larivière
kompa
Arly Larivière is a Haitian konpa singer, songwriter, and maestro, best known as Nu-Look’s founder and lead voice. Music sources consistently frame his role as central to the group’s identity, following work with several formations before Nu-Look found its place on the diaspora konpa circuit.
Alongside his work with Nu-Look, Larivière has developed a repertoire under his own name. *Encyclopedie*, released in 2009, is a 17-track album that connects love songs in Creole, French, and English with konpa’s openness to other Caribbean colors. Its tracklist includes "Is It Real?," "Souvenir," "Cookie," "La Meme Follie," and "Yon Ti Serment." Distribution data credits Larivière as both performer and songwriter on "Yon Ti Serment."
The two solo tracks already represented in HaitiDJ, "La même folie" and "Yon Ti Serment," are 2009 *Encyclopedie* recordings, not 2015 releases: those years came from Topic upload dates. This page does not treat the Topic channel as an official artist account; it retains it as distribution evidence while a verified solo Instagram or YouTube profile remains outstanding.
