Anyweh puts Ayetian on a fast, club-facing sound that connects rabòday, dancehall, and the digital energy of a generation raised on posting. Its brevity is a choice: three and a half minutes, built to survive being cut into clips. The interest is in who is making it. Malik Tercein is first-generation Jamaican-Haitian, and the record is where those two inheritances meet without either being turned into a costume. Jamaica supplies the sound-system language; the Haitian side supplies the name he performs under and the rhythm underneath it.
