Mwen Sou Kont Anwo
by Delly Benson · 2023 · gospel · 4:20 · Haitian Creole
Seven years after Bondye Ou Fidel, Delly Benson is making the same claim from a larger position. Mwen Sou Kont Anwo places trust in God at the centre and builds its phrases so a church or a family can repeat them — the energy is directed at faith rather than at display, which is a harder discipline in a scene where gospel production has grown ambitious. Four and a half minutes, released in April 2023 on his own channel. The Gonaïves upbringing and the years of ministry work are what let a plain declaration hold this much weight.
