Paket Mwen Mare
by Gregory Figaro · 2013 · gospel · 6:19 · Haitian Creole
Pakèt mwen mare: the bundle is tied, ready to be carried. Gregory Figaro makes Kreyòl gospel for people carrying something heavy and looking for strength in faith, and the testimony quality is what lets it work equally in church, at home, and in a private moment. Six minutes nineteen is not long for a song meant to be repeated many times. His work belongs to a church-music model where choir, musicians, live sound, training and video all operate as one movement.
