Inoubliable
by ROCKFAM · 2010 · hip-hop · 4:27 · Haitian Creole, French
RockFam calls the track “Inoubliable,” a French word measuring the force of memory rather than the present moment. A person, experience, or loss can remain so deeply that it refuses to disappear, though the data does not say what the title addresses. This hip-hop recording reached the internet at the start of 2010 and lasts four minutes and twenty-seven seconds. For a rap collective, the idea can take several voices: each member brings a way of remembering, and the refrain gathers the traces. Life Good’s source presents RockFam and the title simply. The lyrics must prove why the subject cannot be forgotten, while the recording itself enters Kreyol rap memory.
