Dezole (Reyalite)
by Durkheim · 2021 · chanson · 2:33 · Haitian Creole, French
Durkheim places “Dezole” beside “Reyalite” in the title of this 2021 song, as if the apology needs context before it is complete. The official video lasts only two minutes and thirty-three seconds, reaching its emotional center quickly. Its record calls it chanson, with no other genre or guest pulling attention from the voice. The track predates Tous Ces Détails, when Durkheim was building a run of singles around absence, relationships, and regret. Its brevity makes it feel like a concentrated message rather than a large narrative.
