Nan Dloswald
by Fatima · 2024 · kompa, zouk · 3:55 · Haitian Creole, French
Fatima Altieri and Oswald enter “Nan Dlo” as a duet in which two voices can carry protection, hurt, and relationship need together. The song belongs to Fatima’s 2024 album “Pwoteje m,” a project she connected to stepping back and eventually returning to her creative work. Its official video appears on her channel and has passed seven million views. Between kompa and zouk, the arrangement lets Fatima’s softness meet Oswald’s presence, while the image of water creates emotional space without requiring an invented account of the lyrics.
