Incroyable
by Harmonik · 2017 · kompa, kompa-gouyad · 5:12 · French, Haitian Creole
Incroyable is one of Harmonik's biggest hits: a sweet love song that gets everyone dancing to the kompa gouyad rhythm. Harmonik was founded in December 2007, when Nickenson Prud'homme invited Mac D and Sanders Solon onto a Bahamas tour, with the debut album Jere'm following in August 2008 — so this is not a post-2010 group but one from the moment when romantic kompa was defining itself. Five minutes twelve, and the sweetness is a strategy rather than an accident.
