Toro Video Kanaval 2016

The plezikanaval source gives a cleaner credit than the filename: “Toro” is a 2016 carnival video bringing together Carimi and Mikaben. Its one-word title calls up the bull, an image of strength and charge suited to a piece made to move through the street. The video runs five minutes and forty-seven seconds. The catalog files it under Mikaben and classifies it as kompa; the source adds Carimi as a partner, so this description retains both names without guessing how work was divided. “Toro” needs no invented story to direct its motion. Such a compact name can become a crowd call while carnival arrangement carries the image’s weight and speed.
