Ann Fèl Ansanm (Nou Anvi Viv Remix)
by Orchestre Septentrional · 2021 · kompa · 8:58 · Haitian Creole, French
For the 2021 carnival season, Orchestre Septentrional revisited “Nou Anvi Viv” through “Ann Fèl Ansanm,” a remix whose title places collective action at its center. The version runs for nearly nine minutes, allowing the orchestra and the kompa cadence to carry carnival energy without rushing. The group posted it on its own channel that February. At a moment when the idea of living together held particular weight, the track’s framing turns the performance into a call to do the work together.
