Lanmou Etènèl
by Orchestre Septentrional · 2020 · kompa · 3:36 · Haitian Creole, French
“Lanmou Etènèl” places an endless promise at Plage Bord de Mer de Limonade in a 2020 Orchestre Septentrional video lasting three minutes and thirty-six seconds. The same location holds “Fidélité” in the catalog, but this page is shorter and centers love's duration rather than loyalty. The sea gives the performance a visual horizon suited to “eternal,” while kompa moves the promise through time. The lyrics must name the relationship. Septent brings the weight of a long-lasting institution, making endurance resonate inside the band's history as well.
