Bal Tout Remixlorence El Luche
by Steves J. Bryan · 2021 · dancehall · 3:12 · Haitian Creole, French
Steves J. Bryan invites Florence El Luche onto the “Bal Tout” remix, released as an official video in October 2021. The file title runs Florence’s name into the remix label, but the source credits her clearly. Across just over three minutes, Steves’s Creole dancehall meets Florence’s kompa-pop voice as existing material gains another dynamic. Movement between raw delivery, melody, and two performers’ presence makes the remix a conversation rather than a copy placed over a new beat.
