A blackout is an absence of light, and Klass play it that way: a modern kompa built on atmosphere and control rather than brightness. The band's rhythm section stays clean from end to end, and the video treatment follows the same logic. Five minutes forty-nine, released in November 2020 — a year in which absence of every kind needed no explaining. Klass is a band built on maestro discipline, and a track made out of holding back is where that discipline shows most.
