Fèl Vini Avan
by Klass · 2018 · kompa · 5:10 · Haitian Creole, French
“Fèl Vini Avan” asks for something sooner — make it come before. Klass gives that request five minutes and ten seconds of kompa, enough for the arrangement to build the tension rather than declare it. Since Jean Hérard Richard founded the band in 2012, maestro discipline has been the signature: every instrument has its place and nothing rushes. A title about impatience asks for music that refuses to hurry — that contrast is what makes the track work.
