Let's Make It Work

“Let's Make It Work” chooses effort over separation. Klass released the recording in 2016 and gives Pipo Stanis’s voice, Richie’s drums, keyboards, bass, and bal kompa more than six and a half minutes to support that decision. The English title does not promise an easy relationship; it asks two people to work on it. The band’s discipline makes the idea musical, since every part must remain in place for the arrangement to function. Good ensemble mechanics become an equivalent for patience, negotiation, and willingness in love.
