Fòs
by Vanessa Désiré · 2022 · kompa, rnb, rap-kreyol · 3:18 · Haitian Creole, French
“Fòs” appeared on June 16, 2022, and gives its name to the project Vanessa Désiré built that year. The track runs three minutes and eighteen seconds, with kompa, R&B, and Kreyòl rap in its record. Its one-word title places resilience in front, a line helping gather songs about hurt, pride, and personal choice in this chapter. No guest appears in the credit; Vanessa's voice carries the declaration. As the title track, “Fòs” is more than a single, giving her other 2022 releases a reference point.
